Plurality, or multiplicity, is the state of having multiple people in one body.
Usually singlets (one person in one body), i.e. the average person, call it "multiple personalities", but that term is rarely used nowadays.
Also, everyone in a plural collective has their own personality, just like a singlet.
Like singlethood, plurality is NOT an inherently pathological way of existing.

Wait, what does this have to do with the "Karkat Support Group"?
The Karkat Support Group is a plural system.
Why is it named that?
Because ALL of us are Karkats ("from" Homestuck). We come from different universes, timelines, and walks of life.
Some of us played the game (SGRUB). Others do not. Some of us have red blood. Others have blue or green. We have different personalities, zodiac signs, anatomy, typing quirks, genders, sexualities, and anything you'd expect from a group of separate-bodied people. In this case, multiversal aliens.
Most of us are walk-ins, but some are home-grown. All of us are whole, individual people.
We prefer to be called:

- Beings
- Entities
- Walk-ins
- Soulbonds
- Fictives (very rare)
- Karkats
- Systemmates
- System members
- Group
- Collective
- You&
- You all (or y'all)
Please do NOT call us:
- Parts
- Alters
- Personalities
- Headmates
- Gendered terms, even for memes/slang (girlie, dude, king, queen, bro, guys, etc.)

DONE READING ALL THAT?
We would appreciate it if you(&) do NOT make jokes at the expense of Homestuck, its fiction-folks (kin, fictive, hearted, etc.) or its fandom. It got stale the first 1000 times. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Making fun of valid chumhandles
- Making fun of typing quirks
- Making fun of Homestuck naming conventions (kid name, troll name, troll title)
